摘 要: | 蒙特卡罗法简称蒙特法,是一种计算机模拟方法,应用于机械CAD中,可节省时间和劳力,大大提高工作效率,同时确保计算的高效、准确,对可靠性设计提供了保证。本文将此方法应用于零件可靠性设计,得出计算机模拟结果,通过与理论结果比较,验证了此方法的可行性。同传统代数法和矩法计算可靠度相比,蒙特卡罗法无须知道应力和强度分布类型及概率参数,能够有效地解决问题。缺点是为提高计算精度必须进行大量模拟计算,需要较长的计算时间。

Application of Monte Carlo in reliability design |

Abstract: | Monte Carlo is a method of computer simulating. This paper applies the method of Monte Carlo to reliability design. This method provides reference for shortening the cycle of designing and reducing the cost of the manufacturing design. Through a real example, the method has been proved to be convenience and practicable. Contrast with other methods, it doesn't need to know stress, intensity distribution and probability parameters, but it is able to resolve problem effectively. Its shortcoming is that this method meeds much time in order to enhance the precision. |
