| 摘 要： | 从分析WebGIS的特点、功能,及其实现模式入手,提出了建立基于WebGIS技术的网络国土资源信息系统的实现方案。从系统的可行性分析,系统设计,系统结构,功能设计,数据库,网络安全等方面进行了详细论述。
