| Abstract: | B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 oncogene and its protein serve a regulatory function in protecting cells from undergoing apoptosis. Their abnormal expression correlates with gynecological diseases. bcl-2 may be a clinically useful marker of therapy effects. |
