摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱法分析牛乳中硫氰酸盐的方法.以戴安IonPac AS19(4 mm×250mm)阴离子色谱柱进行分离.二极管阵列检测器测定,流动相为0.05 mol/L Na2HP04溶液(pH值约为9.3),流速为0.8 mL/min,进样量10μL,检测波长218 nm.结果表明,牛奶中硫氰酸盐线性范围为5~100μg/mL,加标回收率为67.1%~101.8%,相对标准偏差(n=3)小于4.4%,最低检出限为0.5μg/mL.

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method was developed for determining thiocyanate in milk.HPLC analysis was performed on a Dionex IonPac AS19(4 mm×250 mm) anionic chromatography column with DAD detector,0.05 mol/L Na2HPO4 solution was used as mobile phase(pH 9.3) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min,sample loading amount was 10 μL,and detection wavelength was 218 nm.The method exhibited a limit of detection of 0.5 μg/mL and a linear range of 5-100 μg/mL.Spike recoveries of thiocyanate in milk powder and liquid milk at two levels ranged from 67.1%-101.8%,with RSDs(n=3) less than 4.4%.
