| 摘 要： | 中国科学技术大学(以下简称“中科大”)科技史学科由已故著名物理学家钱临照院士创建于1980年,经过几代人的不懈努力,在各方面都取得了一定的进步。1981年,经中科院批准成立中国科学技术大学自然科学史研究室(图1),钱临照先生兼任室主任。同年开始招收硕士研究生,1982年获得物理学史硕士学位授予权,此后又获得天文学史和生物学史硕士授予权;1984年获得物理学史博士学位授予权,开始招收博士研究生。1999年3月,中科大在自然科学史研究室和科技考古研究室的基础上,与中国科学院自然科学史研究所和中国社科院考古研究所联合建立了科技史与科技考…
