灵芝抗纤毛虫细胞衰老机理的初探

摘    要:
本文检测了用灵芝处理棘尾虫和草履虫衰老细胞后的效果,发现灵芝的制剂和浸液可衰老棘尾虫在核DNA含量消减速度减慢核仁膨胀程度降低;还发现灵芝浸液能增强衰老棘尾虫和草履虫消除自由基的能力。

Abstract:
The authors of present paper examined and tested the changes inside the cells of aging Stylonychia and Paramecium after treatment by using Ling-Zhi ( Ganoderma ). It was found that the preparation and infusion of Ling-Zhi can lower the rate of macronuclear DNA dimination and reduce the extent of swelling of the nucleoli in aging Stylonychia cells, and also found that the Ling-Zhi infusion can strengthen the ability of elimination of free radicals both in aging Stylonychia and aging paramecium cells. These results are the preliminary exposure of the longevity function of Ling-Zhi on these aging ciliates found in the privious investigations.
