| 摘 要： | 禀赋优势和竞争优势对形成产业竞争力缺一不可,这一观点可以为确定地区茧丝绸产业发展战略提供启示。陕西茧丝绸产业具有禀赋优势,尚未形成竞争优势,可通过明确产业定位、转变发展模式、实施科技进步、推进产业升级、加强行业管理等措施提高本地区茧丝绸产业竞争力。

| Abstract: | Natural endowment advantages and competitiveness advantages are indispensable for industrial competitiveness,which can guide the development strategy of the cocoon and silk industry.The cocoon and silk industry in Shaanxi has its natural endowment advantages but without competitiveness advantages,countermeasures are as follows so as to raise its competitiveness： to clarify its industry orientation,to convert its developmental pattern,to carry out scientific technology,to promote upgrading industry and to strength the industry management. |
