随着外资银行的进入，中国商业银行面临着激烈的竞争。如何在竞争中保持优势，是商业银行生存发展的关键。从我国商业银行金融衍生业务现状与国际大银行差距入手，分析了发展金融衍生业务的必要性，指出了商业银行发展金融衍生业务的制约因素，最后提出了发展金融衍生业务的建议。

Probing into the development pattern of financial derivative business of our commercial banks

With the entering of foreign banks,the China's commercial banks face fierce competition.How to keep advantages in the competition is the key for commercial banks to develop.In the light of the differences between our commercial banks and foreign banks in financial derivative business,this paper analyses the necessity for developing financial derivative business,points out the restraining factors for developing the financial derivative business in our commercial banks and puts forward some suggestions.
