广西海岸带海洋环境污染现状及防治对策

近年来,由于广西海岸带开发速度加快,港口物流、钢铁、石化、有色金属、镍铁合金材料、制浆造纸产业迅速向沿海地区集聚,大量的工业废水、城市生活污水、养殖废水通过各种通道入海,使得局部海域环境污染问题凸显。本文在分析广西海岸带海洋环境污染影响和面临问题的基础上,提出防治广西海岸带海洋环境污染的5点对策,以期为实现广西北部湾经济区的可持续发展,制定海岸带环境保护管理措施提供参考。

Status and Control Countermeasures on Marine Environment Pollution of Guangxi

In recent years,due to the speeded-up of Guangxi coastal zone development,port logistics,steel,petrochemical,non-ferrous metals,nickel alloy material,pulp and paper industry quickly gathered to coastal regions,thus a large number of industrial wastewater,city life sewage,and aquaculture wastewater discharged to the sea through various channels,which makes the pollution problem in local marine environment become remarkable.Based on the analysis of the risk influence and facing problems of Guangxi coastal zone of marine environment pollution,five countermeasures were proposed to prevent and control marine environment pollution in Guangxi coastal zone,in order to realize the sustainable development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic zone,which provides reference for the measures on environmental protection and management of coastal zone.
