换热器CAD系统的零部件子系统的设计

摘    要:本设计是换热器标准零部件设计和计算机辅助设计相结合所提出的一个系统模型,它是换热器CAD系统的重要组成部分。采用Access建立相应的数据库,创建设计所需的对象,然后在VB集成环境下建立简明的零部件设计人机交互界面,通过编写程序代码来实现零部件设计要求。此系统的建立将使设计人员在设计换热器零部件时摆脱手册,避免重复性劳动,提高设计效率,同时也为其它类似设计提供了重要的参考价值和指导意义。

Abstract:A system model is proposed on the heat exchanger standard spare part design and the computer-aided design concept unifies,it is the important constituent of heat exchanger CAD system. It establishes the corresponding database that using access and sets up the object which is needed by design,then it designs the establishment sim-ple perspicuity of the spare part design man-machine interaction contact surface under the VB environment,it re-alizes the spare part design request through the compilation procedure code in this paper. The established system would help the designers to get rid of the handbook,avoid the duplicated work,enhance the rated capacity when they design heat exchanger spare part;simultaneously it also provided an important reference value and guidance for other similar designs.
