摘    要:研究结果表明:1.600R 注 X 线照射后,小白鼠肝中谷胱甘肽(GSH)浓度下降50%(P<0.01)、脾中增高36%(P<0.05)、肾中下降15.9%(P<0.05).2.当小白鼠照射前注射 GSH 或半胱氨酸(CySH)能稳定 SH 基水平.3.采用放射免疫技术(RIA)测定小白鼠血清胰岛素浓度,照射后16小时降低22.5%.血糖浓度照射后18小时下降9%.血清环化腺苷单磷酸(cAMP)浓度照后16小时下降31%.4.不同剂量γ线照射后,鼠脑含磷化合物的合成受到强烈抑制.5.6000R γ线照射后兔的通透屏障受到明显影响.

Abstract:The results obtained from the study are as follows:(1) After X-ray radiation at 600R,the concentration of GSH decreased by about 50% in the mice liver(P<0.01)and increased by 36% in the spleen(P<0.05) and decreased by 15.9% in the kidney (P<0.05).(2) The injection of GSH or CySH in mice before radiation can stabilize the level of SH.(3) The serum concentration of insulin in mice decreased by 22.5% after radia- tion for 16 hours,the concentration of blood sugar decreased by 9% after radiating for 18 hours and the cAMP concentration decreased by 31% after radiation for 16 hours.(4) The synthesis of phosphocompounds in the brains of mice was considerably inhibited after radiation.(5)The permea- bility barrier in rabbits was greatly influenced after X-ray radiation at 6000R.
