空调建筑经济绝热厚度的分析

摘    要:为降低建筑费用 ,提出一种计算空调建筑不同围护组件经济绝热厚度的技术经济模型。该模型根据对热流通过不同组件的时间相关分析 ,计算出建筑物不同围护组件的经济绝热厚度。在此基础上 ,运用 L agrange乘子法 ,计算出给定绝热措施投资时不同围护组件的经济绝热厚度。该模型适用于各种气候类型。利用该模型 ,对具有夏热冬冷气候特征的上海市的住宅建筑 ,进行了数值计算。计算结果表明 ,从综合评价的角度来看 ,采用绝热措施能够带来很大的经济效益 ,西面墙采用绝热措施带来的经济效益最大 ,而南面墙采用绝热措施带来的经济效益最小

Abstract:This paper presents a technical-economic model for optimizing the thermal insulation thickness of various components in an air-conditioned building to maximize the net savings. The model is based on the time-dependent analysis of the heat-flow through the building components to predict the building thermal performance. Using Lagrange's method of undetermined multipliers, the analysis was extended to determine the most economic insulation thickness of various building components for a given investment. The approach was applied to a residential building in Shanghai with a hot summer and cold winter climate. The calculations show that the insulation provides substantial savings based on the comprehensive evaluation and the insulation on the west wall provides the largest savings while the insulator on the south wall provides the smallest.
