摘    要:越来越多的企业把设计当作一种战略工具,因为设计可以赋予产品附加价值,提供差异化的产品和服务。一个好的设计,意味着培养众多的忠实消费者和高额的利润。市场营销人员已经意识到与设计的互动是帮助产品赢得市场份额的重要手段。设计的重要作用被越来越多的人所接受,但由于设计与市场营销有着不同的工作技能和工作方法,它们之间必然产生冲突,但这种对立会随着设计管理思想的逐渐渗透而被化解。通过讨论设计与市场的关系,以探求新产品开发过程中努力提高设计与市场的互动作用。
