桥梁大体积混凝土施工温度场与温度应力的仿真分析

摘    要:采用三维瞬态温度场理论,运用有限元程序ANSYS的通用平台,建立大体积混凝土温度场与温度应力有限元计算模型,对湖北野三河大桥3#主墩混凝土的温度场与温度应力进行仿真分析,计算了大体积混凝土内部温度场及仿真应力场,并与实测结果进行比较,结果显示所建立的有限元分析模型可以较好地计算混凝土施工时的温度场与温度应力。

Abstract:Based on the theory of three-dimensional transient temperature fields and the finite element software (ANSYS), a finite element model for calculating temperature field and temperature stress of massive concrete is created. This paper makes simulation analysis and calculates the concrete temperature fields and temperature stress of 3# main pier of Ye Sanhe Bridge in Hubei. It also compares the calculation results with those by the field measurement. The results demonstrate that the finite element model can effectively analyze the temperature fields and stress in concrete construction.
