硫酸钛催化合成乙酸异戊酯的研究

摘    要:以活化硫酸钛为催化剂合成了乙酸异戊酯,确定了酯化反应适宜条件.实验结果表明,冰乙酸用量为0.075 mol,异戊醇用量为0.10 mol,硫酸钛用量为0.30 g,回流时间为90 min,乙酸酯化率可达99.31%.

Abstract:Iso - amyl acetate was synthesized by using activated titanium sulfate as catalyst. The optimal conditions were determined. The results show: when 0.075 mol of acetic acid,0.10 mol of iso - amylol and 0. 30 g of catalyst are used, the reacting time is 90 min,the ratio of esterification reaches 99.31% .
