Studies on Model of Knowledge Control in International Joint Ventures

Knowledge is one of the important resources in modern enterprises.Knowledge control is one of the important and effective tools adopted by MNC to control IJVs,and it is achieved by knowledge transfer and management which are performed by MNC.For different kinds of knowledge,the transferability has great differences.Through the statement of the functional theory of the knowledge flow,we analyze the process of the transfer and accumulation of knowledge,explore the process of knowledge control for the IJVs on two levels,and monitor the operating situation of enterprises through the feedback system.It is very significant on further adjusting the transfer of knowledge,the strength of control power,and the range of control scope,and analyzing the model of knowledge control in IJVs.
