| 摘 要： | 针对当前的地震震害指数的模型,列出了震害指数在工程实际中的主要应用。在此基础上,根据地震震害指数与地震烈度之间影响因素,提出用地震震害指数来间接获取地震烈度的建议,并对震害指数的统一的必要性和基于震害指数的地震灾害的预测方法的可行性进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the model of the current seismic damage index,listed the main application of the seismic damage index in the practical engineering.Then,discussions were carried on the necessity of uniting the seismic damage index and the possibility of predictive method based on the seismic damage index to the earthquake disaster.In this paper,according to the influence factor between the seismic damage index and the earthquake intensity,a new way used to obtain the earthquake intensity by seismic damage index indirectly was put forward. |
