| 摘 要： | 在前人的研究基础之上,初步研究设计和实验了一种改良的柚苷酶平板透明圈筛选模型。在本实验室保藏的10株柚苷酶菌株中,3号黑曲霉产酶活最高,摇瓶产酶达251.93 U/mL,经平板分离纯化,得到3-54号菌株,摇瓶产酶达385.207 2 U/mL。

| Abstract: | A transparent circle model for efficient screening naringinase-producing strains was designed and tested.The results showed that in 10 perserved strains of our laboratory,a strain,designated Asp.3,appeared the greatest enzyme yield,with a naringinase activity of 251.93 U/mL in liquid medium.By selecting Asp.3,Asp.3-54 was bred,which exhibited a naringinase-producing capability of 385.21 U/mL in liquid medium. |
