摘    要:溶栓疗法是目前用于治疗血栓性疾病安全可靠并且有效的方法,采用传统的溶栓药物在治疗血栓病上已经取得了显著的成绩,但还是存在着一定的缺陷,所以应用也受限制.目前,利用微生物发酵产生的纤溶酶制成新型的溶栓药物已成为研究热点.本文对从不同微生物中所提取和纯化的纤溶酶的理化性质、结构特征、生物学活性及开发现状等方面的研究资料进行...
