| 摘 要： | 运用教学最优化理论 ,从教学过程的最优化、最优化的相对性、最优化的标准与评判、教学方法的最优化等方面 ,论述了排球技战术教学的最优化问题。运用综合性观点 ,调动和创设有利于发挥排球技战术教学最优化功能的各种因素 ,克服不利因素 ,尽力做到以经济的时间和精力取得对该条件来说是最优化的结果 ,从而形成以最合理的组织教学过程的最佳方案、手段 ,实现排球技战术教学最优化效果的教学模式。

| Abstract: | The optimization of teaching in volleyball technique and tactics from the optimization of teaching process,the relativity or the optimization,the standards and evaluation of optimization,the optimization of teaching methods were discussed by bringing into play seting the various complications to be superious at developing the optimization of volleyball's skill tactics and getting over disvantage complications.Time and energe were used as little as possible to gain this optimizational result,accordingly,the best precept with organization and teaching course reasonable,the teaching pattern which is the volleyball's skill tactics teaching of optimizational effect came true. |
