| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨关节镜下射频消融刀及口服额尔敦-乌日勒治疗踝关节骨性关节炎的疗效.方法：选取我院2011年1月至2013年1月收治的62例踝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例.观察组采用关节镜下射频消融刀及口服额尔敦-乌日勒治疗,对照组口服额尔敦-乌日勒治疗,比较治疗前后两组Mc Guire踝关节评分以及AOFASP评分的差异性.结果：治疗前,两组Mc Guire踝关节评分及AOFASP无显著差异,治疗后评分均有所升高,且观察组Mc Guire踝关节评分以及AOFASP评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：关节镜下射频消融刀及口服额尔敦-乌日勒治疗踝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,值得临床进一步推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation under arthroscopy combined with orally taking Eerdun-wurile in the treatment of ankle joint osteoarthritis. Methods： 62 cases of ankle osteoarthritis patients who admitted in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,31 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with radiofrequency ablation under arthroscopy combined with orally took Eerdun-wurile, the control group was treated with orally took Eerdun-wurile, the Mc Guire ankle scores and the AOFASP scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results： The Mc Guire ankle scores and the AOFASP scores before treatment of the two groups were no significant difference. The scores of the two groups increased after treatment, and the Mc Guire ankle scores and the AOFASP scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Radiofrequency ablation under arthroscopy combined with orally taking Eerdun-wurile has a significant efficacy on ankle joint osteoarthritis, and is worth further promotion in the clinical practice. |
