788例反流性食管炎的内镜资料分析

目的：分析反流性食管炎（RE）的发病特点,指导患者对此病提高认识,以更好的预防和治疗此病.方法：回顾性分析2013年1月—2013年12月期间来我院就诊、经内镜室确诊的788例RE患者的内镜资料.结果：本组788例患者中以中老年男性居多,其中20-29岁组,30-39岁组,40-49岁组,50-59岁组,60-69岁组,70-79岁组,80-89岁组所占比例分别为5.97%,15.48%,25.13%,28.55%,18.15%,5.58%,1.14%;男女比例为2.23：1;蒙古族423例（53.68%）,汉族280例（35.53%）,其他民族85例（10.79%）;内镜下分级Ia级127例（16.12%）,Ib级540例（68.53%）,II级89例（11.29%）,III级32例（4.06%）.结论：中老年男性是本病的高危人群,蒙古族较汉族的检出率高,且内镜下以I级表现者为多,应从多方面着手预防本病,及时合理用药以治疗本病.

Analysis of 788 Cases of Endoscopic Data of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective： Through analyzing the morbidity characteristics of reflux esophagitis（RE）, to raise patients＇ level of understanding the disease, so as to better prevent and cure the disease. Methods： The endoscopic data of 788 cases of RE who was diagnosed by endoscopy from January 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： In the study, the 788 patients were divided into 7 groups, the 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69,70-79 and 80-89 age group, respectively accounted for 5.97%, 15.48%, 25.13%, 28.55%, 18.15%, 5.58% and 1.14%;the ratio of male to female was 2.23 to 1; 423 cases（53.68%） were Mongolian patients, 280 cases（35.53%） were Han nationality patients. 85 cases（10.79%） were other nationality patients. All the cases were graded under the endoscope,127 cases（16.12%） were grade Ia, 540 cases were grade Ib（68.53%）, 89 cases were grade II（11.29%）, 32 cases were grade III（4.06%）. Conclusion： The middle-aged and aged men have high risk of being involved in the disease, the number of the Mongolian patients is larger than that of Han nationality patients, and most of them were grade I under the endoscopic examination. The disease should be prevented from many aspects and cured by proper administration of drugs.
