| 摘 要： | 以国家香蕉产业技术体系的抽样调查资料为依据,运用DEA的SBM超效率模型计算出1995-2009年中国香蕉生产的技术效率年增长率为0.6％.笔者认为,中国香蕉生产在20世纪90年代经历了香蕉优良品种培育和组培苗技术以后,在21世纪初又经历了香蕉的节水技术、施肥技术、果实护理技术、香蕉的标准化保鲜包装技术等的大面积推广,... |

| Abstract: | Based on the sample survey results from National Technology System for Banana Industry,DEA SBM super-efficiency model was used to calculate the China’s annual growth rate of technical efficiency of banana production(1995—2009),which is 0.6%.The results suggested that it is the use of the excellent species cultivation and the banana tissue culture technology in the 1990s and the banana-saving technology,fertilization,fruit care technology,standardization of fresh banana packaging technology during the beginning of this century that promote industrial and technological progresses.Bur in recent years,the overall performance of banana production technology progresses were not very well,there are still large gap between the industrial potential technical requirements and the development and utilization of labor-saving production techniques,harvesting techniques and post-harvest processing techniques. |
