加氢反应器氢剥离问题的研究

摘    要:对高温高压加氢反应器不锈钢堆焊层剥离问题进行了探讨,采用电渣堆焊(ESW)法、埋弧堆焊(SAW)法和高速堆焊(HSW)法堆焊试件,进行抗剥离性能对比试验,提出了控制剥离途径是选择优良的第一层堆焊金属的材质及成分并采用HSW高速堆焊法。

Abstract:The problem of the hydrogen-induced disbonding in stainlessness steel overlay weld of high- temperature and high-pressure reactor with hydroen gas is studied in this paper. The anti-disbonding properties of the overlay samples, produced by the electric slag process , Submerged arc process and high-speed overlay welding process, are tested and Compared. The methods of Controlling disbonding are to select super-quility materials for the first deposited layer and use the higy-speed strip overlay weleing process (HSW).
