| 摘 要： | 基于师范类大学生就业状况日益严峻和国家在部属师范大学实施免费师范生教育的政策,应用定性分析与定量测度相结合的多属性决策的层次分析方法(AHP),对地方本科师范院校非免费师范生的择业考虑因素与工作岗位选择进行调查研究与分析,得出若干与之对应的就业选择意向和新特点,并给出相应的探讨分析和相关的就业指导与管理建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the serious employment condition for normal college students and the free education policy for normal university attached to The Ministry of Education, Analytic Hierarchy Process（ AHP）, multi attributes decision making method combining qualitative analysis and quantitative measurement, was used to investigate and analyze the major considerations for the selection of job of non-free bachelor degree graduates from local nor- mal colleges. Some employment choice intentions and new features were summarized and some corresponding discussion and correlative employment guidance and management advices were provided. |
