摘    要:科学地进行“以风定产”是实现矿井安全生产的重要保证和前提之一。矿井实际供风量取决于主要通风机特性和井巷阻力特性的匹配性。“以风定产”的关键是,优化矿井采掘布局和网络结构;确定给定网络结构条件下的主要风机的最大实际供风能力。在提出“以风定产”的依据、原则基础上,明确了矿井需风量的计算方法,研究了“以风定产”的矿井总风阻模型和网络解算模型,提出了“以风定产”的步骤,提供了考虑瓦斯因素和保证风机安全运行条件下的矿井产量计算方法。

Abstract:Scientifically to carry on" daily output determination matched with the fan actual ability" is important assurance and one of the premises that carries out the safe production of the mine.The actual supplied airflow of the mine depends on the match of the characteristic of the main fan and resistance characteristic of ventilation system.The key to determine daily output with the fan actual ability is to optimize active working layout and ventilation network structures,and to decide actual biggest ventilation ability of fan under the existing network condition.The calculation method of the airflow is clear-cut.Two models were studied,the steps of daily output determination matched with the fan actual ability were put forward,and the method of calculating annual production considering the gas factor and safe operation of primary fan was designed.
