摘    要:二级分流式双圆弧齿轮减速箱结构参数对其振动特性有一定的影响。减速箱轴承阻尼对轴承所处的轴的振动状况影响显著,对齿轮的振动特性影响较小。增加齿轮的啮合阻尼是降低减速箱系统振动响应峰值的有效措施。轮齿的啮合点分布状况对减速箱的振动性能有较大的影响,对齿轮轮齿啮入侧修形可以降低减速箱的振动响应。

Abstract:The structure parameters have some relation with the vibration behaviors for the reducing box with two stage split flow Novikov gear of with double circular arc tooth profiles. The peak value of the vibration response in the gear reduction box decreases with the increasing of engagement damping of gears. The distribution of meshing points notably affects the vibration behavior of the reducing gear box. Modification of gear tooth is an efficacious measure for reducing the vibration of the gear box.
