非平稳态等离子体降解流动态低浓度甲苯气体的研究

摘    要:利用介质阻挡放电产生的非平衡态等离子体对常压下流动态含甲苯的空气进行处理,研究了流量和极间电压对降解甲苯的影响,当电压达到7200V时甲苯降解率最高达100%,产物为CO2,CO和H2O,此时产生的CO2也最多;随着流量的提高其降解率呈下降趋势,并且产物中CO2与CO的比也下降,研究结果为非平衡态等离子体降解甲苯的实际工业应用提供了一些依据。

Abstract:Non equilibrium plasma, being engendered by DBD(Dielectric Barrier Discharge), was used to disposed flowing polluted air containing toluene vapor in atmospheric pressure. It involved how the runoff and voltage influenced the final removal efficiency. The maximal removing efficiency could attain 100% and the production of CO 2 was also maximal when the voltage reached 7 200 V. The products could be detected were CO 2, CO and H 2O. The removing efficiency and ratio of CO 2 to CO decreased when the runoff increased. The results would be useful for it's further industrial application.
