采用双圆柱代替V形块定位误差的分析

摘    要:在轴、销类零件的加工过程中,用双圆柱代替V形块定位,由于结构大为简化,不但降低了夹具制造成本,而且缩短了夹具准备周期。本文对轴、销类用V形块定位和双圆柱定位的定位误差进行了分析。

Abstract:In course of processing the shaft and dowel type parts, the V-shape block location is replaced by the double-cylinder location. Then, the structure is greatly simplified, so it can not only reduce the jig manufacturing cost but also shorten jig prepa- ration cycle. This paper analyzes the V-shape block and double-cylinder location error, and points out the key factors that influence the location error.
