| 摘 要： | 中国政府预算改革十年来,在各个方面取得了很大的成效,对改革成效的计量是值得我们深入研究的.此番预算改革是致力于加强预算支出的管理和提高预算支出的绩效,因此利用汉森模型对这十年预算改革的经济效应进行了估算,进一步验证了政府预算改革的显著成效.

| Abstract: | The governmental budget reform in China has been continuing for 10 years, and has made some progress in many aspects. It is valuable for us to study the calculation of reforming effect. Due to the government budget reform aiming to enforce the management and enhance the performance of the budgetary expenditure, the model of Henson in 1969 was used to calculate the economic effect of the budget reform, the result improved that the government budget reform have made the great progress. |
