摘    要:采用正交试验的方法对影响粉煤灰处理矿井废水效果的因素条件进行优化选择,确定改性粉煤灰处理矿井废水的最佳水平条件,为矿井废水的深度处理提供技术前提。试验结果表明,选择碱法改性灰为吸附剂,投加量为10g/300mL,pH值为5,搅拌时间为0.5h,静沉时间为2 h时,对矿井废水的处理效果最佳。在最佳试验条件下,对CODCr、浊度和悬浮物的去除率分别可达到76.85%、95.84%和98.35%。

Abstract:Influencing factors of mining wastewater treatment by modified fly ash was found out with optimization by orthogonal test to determine the best level condition and provide technical prerequisite and basis for advanced treatment of mining wastewater.The results showed that the best technical conditions are as following: alkali modified fly ash as adsorbent with its dosage of 10 g per 300 mL wastewater,pH value 5,time of mixing 0.5 h,sedimentation time 2 h.Under the conditions,the removal rate of CODCr,turbidity and suspended solids separately reached about 76.85%,95.84% and 98.35%.
