顺丁烯二酸二乙酯的催化加氢研究

摘    要:对顺丁烯二酸二乙酯进行了常压加氢研究,考察了铜 锌 铝,铜 铬 钡,铜 铬锌,铜 铬 铝几个铜系催化剂对顺丁烯二酸二乙酯浅度加氢生成丁二酸二乙酯的催化活性.选择了铜 锌 铝催化剂的最佳工艺条件,并用 X- 射线衍射对此催化剂进行了物相分析,表明铜锌 铝催化剂中的主活性成分是 Cu O, Cu 是活性中心, Cu 的迁移引起 Cu 晶粒长大是催化剂活性下降的主要原因

Abstract:The catalytic hydrogenation of diethyl meleate under atmospheric pressure was also studies,using copper base catalysts as CuZnAl,CuCrBa,CuCrZn and CuCrAl.The incomplete hydrogenation occurred under these conditions and the product was diethyl succinate selecting CuZnAl as catalyst,the optimal technical conditions were found.Through X -ray diffraction phase analysis,we conclude that CuO is the main active constituent of the catalyst,Cu is the cative center and the catalyst growing of Cu particle caused by migration of Cu is the main cause of deactivation of the catalyst.
