金属玻璃的电学性能

摘    要:总结了金属玻璃的电阻率及其温度系数与其组成成分的关系,并根据液态金属Ziman理论导出Nagel公式,得出几种金属玻璃的温度系数,发现与实验值极其相符。并通过该公式对结构因子a(2Kf)值的估算,分析了2KF与Kp关系对电阻率温度系数的影响。

Abstract:This paper is a study of the relationship between metal glass resistivity as well as its temperature coefficient and its ingredients.Using the Nagel Formula derived from Ziman Theory of Liquid Metals,the temperature coefficients of several types of metal glass were obtained,which is in agneement with the results of the experiment..The study has also evaluated the a(2K F ) values of structural factors within the framework of the same formula and analyzed the effect of the relation between 2K F and K p on resistivity temperature coefficients.
