| Abstract: | According to child-bearing policy of the country, the second child can be permitted born if the first one has genetic disease. This paper, from the model of population genetics, reveals the decreasing tendency to lead hereditary quality from generation due to the policy, only taking AR disease. And the other factors influencing eugenics are discussed briefly. |
