Based on the resource advantages and status quo for exploiting ecological tourism in Yizhou city of Guangxi province, this paper put forward the development countermeasure for the ecological tourism in the respect of promoting the culture accomplishment of the operators and the developers, green strategy of management and vendition, and regional tourism cooperation so that the competitive capability of the tourist market could be promoted and the continuable development of touring industry could be ensured.
