南宁市城市土地扩张与驱动力分析

利用空间重心转移计算和单一土地利用类型动态度计算方法分析计算南宁市城市用地扩张趋势与速率,结果为：1994-2005年间南宁市主要向东、南、西三个方向扩展,其中向东扩张最为明显.城市建成区面积不断扩张,2005年城市土地面积是1994年的2.25倍.1994-2001年城市扩张速率仅为7.71%,城市空间重心逐渐向东移动.而2001-2005年,城市扩张速率达到11.57%,城市空间重心转向东南方向.影响南宁市城市用地扩张的因素有经济增长、人口增加、政策推动以及交通发展的牵引.

From 1994 to 2001, urbanization was accelerated by the factors of the Langdong Development District, the city expanded ~utheast. Under the economic policy drive as well as the increase of population, the Role of Public Sector Policies and the development of infrastructure are also important factors to the expansion.
