南宁市地下空间开发利用规划的研究

城市地下空间规划是城市规划的重要组成部分,是适应城市现代化和城市可持续发展建设的需要.针对目前南宁市城市发展中存在的用地紧张、交通拥挤等问题,提出了开发利用城市地下空间是解决这些问题的重要途径.并结合南宁市城市轻轨线路规划和建设、用地布局,提出南宁市地下空间开发利用规划的思路.为推进南宁市区域性国际城市的建设与实现城市可持续发展做了一些有益的探讨.

Research into Nanning Underground Space Development and Utilization

The urban underground space is an important part of city planning which adapts to the urban modernization and the city＇s sustainable development. To resolve the problems, such as the shortage of land use, the heavy traffic etc, the important way to resolve those problems is to exploit and develop the underground space. First, analyses the current situation of the development and utilization of Nanning＇s underground space. Secend, combined with Nanning＇s light rail planning, construction and land distribution, the idea is put forth to use the underground space and thereby to promote the construction of Nanning into a regional international city for sustainable development.
