牙本质粘结剂用于窝沟封闭的临床初探

目的：评价粘结剂用于恒牙窝沟封闭术与传统窝沟封闭术的临床效果,比较两者操作时间及一次成功率之间的差异。方法：对80例6-8岁,12-14岁儿童的160颗第一或第二恒磨牙分别行传统窝沟封闭和涂粘结剂后窝沟封闭,评价两种方法操作时间及一次成功率的差异。结果：涂粘结剂后窝沟封闭方法一次成功率高于传统窝沟封闭术,操作时间略短于传统窝沟封闭术。结论：从现场操作的结果看出,粘结剂用于窝沟封闭可以提高窝沟封闭的操作效率。

Application of a bonding agent on Pit and fissure Sealant Technique

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of a bonding agent on the permanent molar pit and fissure sealant technique,and to compare with traditional pit and fissure sealant technique. Methods： 160 first or second permanent molars in 80 patients aged from 6 to 8, 12 to 14 years were respectively treated with using a dentin bonding agent and traditional pit and fissure sealant. Record the operation time and evaluate the once-success rate. Results： The once-success rate （%） of using a bonding agent was higher than traditional pit and fissure sealant technique. Moreover, the operation time of using a bonding agent is shorter than traditional technique. Conclusion： Form the results of the on-the-spot operation, using a bonding agent can improve the efficiency of pit and fissure sealant.
