水杨醛谷氨酸Schiff碱配体及其金属配合物的制备与抑菌活性研究

摘    要:合成出水杨醛谷氨酸(Sal—Glu)Schiff碱配体及其6种金属配合物,采用红外光谱及紫外光谱对其进行了表征,并进行了抑菌实验。结果表明,配体中C=N中的氮原子以及C-O(酚氧)中的氧原子参与了对金属离子的配位作用,配体及配合物均对大肠杆菌具有抑制作用,其中Sal—Glu—Fe对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性最好,抑菌圈直径最大。

Abstract:We synthesized salicylaldehyde glutamic acid Schiff base ligand and its six metal com- plexes and characterized them using infrared and ultraviolet spectra, along with antibacterial tests. The results show that nitrogen atoms in the C = N group and oxygen atoms in the C -0 group (phenolic oxygen) are all involved in the coordination of metallic ions and that both the ligand and the complexes have antibacterial activity against E. coli. Among them, Sal -Glu - Fe has the best antibacterial activity as it has the largest inhibition zone diameter.
