| 摘 要： | 介绍了日本水质污染现状，提出内湾、内海、湖泊封闭水域及公共水域的水质保护对策，对产业有害化学物质的污染防治、环境标准提出新的办法。对水质污染中追加与保护人类健康相关的环境标准项目、排水标准中有害物质的追加采取对策。从政府与民间的协力，到体制、机构、法律方面的修正，促进水质保护的达成。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the present situation of water pollution in Japan,puts forward the countermeasure for the proection of water quality of inland sea,inland gulf,lake and public waters and advances a new method of preventing and curing the pollution of chemical substance harmful to industrial and formulating environmental standards.Countermeasure is adopted to supplement environmental standard projects related to the protection of human health against the polluted waters and the harmful substance in drainage. Water quality protection is carried out through governmental and nongovernmental joint efforts as well as amendments in system,institutions and laws. |
