| 摘 要： | 以浙江省淳安县为森林资源二类调查试点,对国家新颁森林资源规划设计调查技术规定进行了应用试验,探索了新规定的实用性和可操作性。新颁技术规定融入了林业分类经营思想,增加了生态状况方面的调查内容,并对地类和林种进行了比较科学的界定。此外,对应用新规程还有一些需要关注的问题,如灌木林地调查与森林覆盖率计算等进行了讨论,并提出了建设性的建议。 |

| Abstract: | The new revised technical specification of Inventory for Forest Planning and Design published and implemented by State Forestry Administration in 2003,was made the experiment in Chun'an county Zhejiang province,in order to identify if it is available and applied or not.New contents such as theories of Forestry Classification Management and inventory for forest ecological conditions are added in this specification.It also provides a scientific classification on land types and forest categories.In addition,the authors emphasized some problems such as surveying of bush forest and calculating of forest coverage to which should be paid more attention. |
