摘    要:在智能目标识别与跟踪系统中,如何获取较为清晰的图像边缘至关重要,这也是提高系统目标识别率的关键.作者提出了使用三次B样条小波对航拍图像进行多尺度边缘检测方法,介绍了小波及三次B样条函数的性质,根据Canny的3个最佳边缘准则和检测对象的特点,设计了B样条小波检测算法,把不同尺度下得到的边缘图像进行多尺度聚焦,输出检测目标边缘图像.经实验对比分析,该算法在航拍图像边缘检测应用中优于直接使用Canny算法,可以得到较好的边缘信息,并且能够满足下一步目标识别与定位的要求.

Abstract:During the intelligent recognition and tracing system, how to get clear edge image is very important, it is also the critical factor for higher recognition rate. Brings forward multiscale edge detecting method by using cubic B-Spline wavelet transform on aerial image. First, it introduces the properties of wavelet and cubic B-Spline function, according to the Canny's three edge detecting rules and specialties of the detecting object, analyzes the multisacle cubic B-Spline wavelet transform method's superiority in detecting aerial image. In practical detecting algorithm, use cubic B-Spline wavelet multiscale transforming method on the aerial image, building the different scale detecting results into one edge picture, and output it. Compared this detecting method with direct Canny's, it has better performance on the aerial image detection, and results can satisfy requirement of further recognition.
