大理学院医学专业贫困生与非贫困生心理健康状况调查分析

目的：调查了解大理学院下关校区医学专业贫困生与非贫困生的心理健康状况。方法：采用分层随机抽样方法,运用SCL-90症状自评量表对下关校区在校各个专业、各个年级不同性别的贫困生与非贫困生进行测评。结果：贫困生与非贫困生在总分、平均分、躯体化、人际关系敏感、恐怖等因子的差异具有统计学意义,且贫困生各项统计指标均高于非贫困生。而强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性、其他等因子的差异无统计学意义。结论：贫困生心理健康部分的指标测评分值偏低,其心理健康水平可能与家庭情况、性别、专业、年级等因素有关。

Mental Health Analysis of the Impoverished and Non-Imporverished Medical Students in Dali University

Objective: To investigate the mental health of the impoverished and non-impoverished medical students in Xiaguan Campus of Dali university.Methods: With stratified random sampling method,SCL-90 was used to evaluate the impoverished and non-impoverished students of different specialties,grades and genders in Xiaguan Campus.Results: There were statistical significance in such factors as total and average scores,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,phobia between the impoverished and non-impoverished students,and all statistical indexes of the impoverished students were higher than those of the non-impoverished.While factors as obssessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoid and schizophrenia had no statistical significance.Conclusion: The evaluation scores of the impoverished students’ mental health indexes,which may be related with their family condition,specialty and grade,were partially lower than those of the non-impoverished students.
