护理教学中隐性技能的挖掘和研究

摘    要:护理教学是以培养高素质技能型护理人才为目的的教学过程。在教学过程中,护理理论知识是教学的基础,护理技能知识是教学的制高点,护理隐性知识是教师所特有,无法或很难通过文字、图形等方式表现出来的知识。为能更好的提高护理教学的质量,应对加强护理教学中的隐性技能的挖掘进行研究。

Abstract:Nursing teaching is a teaching process that aims to cultivate skill-oriented nursing talents with high quality.In the teaching process,the nursing theory is the foundation and the nursing skill is the dominating points.The implicit knowledge of nursing,which is difficult to express through text and graphics,is peculiar to teachers.In order to improve the quality of the nursing teaching,the implicit skills in nursing teaching should be explored and studied.
