摘    要:目的:对祥云县某镇饮用井水水质进行监测评价。方法:以大理州鹤庆县本地蚕豆为材料,应用蚕豆根尖微核检测技术,以祥云县某镇周边采集5个具有代表性的井水为样品进行监测评价。结果:1号、2号、3号、4号、5号水样诱发的微核千分率分别为8.25‰、6.61‰、8.24‰、4.17‰、3.61‰;其中1号、2号、3号水样为中污染,4号水样为轻污染,5号水样为基本没有污染。结论:该镇部分饮用井水存在一定的污染。

Abstract:Objective: To monitor and evaluate the drinking well water quality of a town of Xiangyun County.Methods: Micronucleus tests were conducted in Vicia faba root tips treated respectively with the five representative samples collected from a town of Xiangyun County.Results: The micronuclear rates induced by No.1,No.2,No.3,No.4 and No.5 were 8.25‰,6.61‰,8.24‰,4.17‰ and 3.61‰.According to the PI,No.1,No.2 and No.3 were moderate pollution;No.4 was slight pollution;and No.5 was almost no pollution.Conclusion: Part of the town’s drinking well water is contaminated.
