大学应届毕业生职业价值观调查研究

为了解当代大学应届毕业生职业价值观的特点与就业趋向,采用凌文辁等人编制的职业价值观问卷,随机抽取某大学应届本科毕业生300人进行调查研究,并用SPSS进行统计分析。结果显示:在职业价值观的3个维度上总体的得分都偏高,表现为在找工作时期望过高,且非常重视保障/保健因素,发展因素次之,声望/地位再次。男大学生和女大学生在"声望/地位"维度上差异有统计学意义(t=2.36,P<0.05);城镇大学生和农村大学生在"发展"维度上差异有统计学意义(t=2.09,P<0.05);文科大学生和理科大学生在"保障/保健"维度上差异有统计学意义(t=2.13,P<0.05)。大学应届毕业生职业价值观和以往存在差异,应视情况进行就业指导。

Investigation on Work Values of the College Graduating Students

To investigate the characteristics of work values and employment tendency of contemporary university graduating students,about 300 graduates from a certain university were selected randomly to take the questionnaire made by LING Wenquan,and the result was analyzed by SPSS statistics software.The results show that it scores high in the three dimensions of work values.Graduating students have high expectation in job hunting,considering security/health care as the first factor,development the second,and popularity/position the third.There is significant difference in "reputation/position" dimension between boys and girls(t=2.36,P<0.05);there is significant difference in "development" dimension between towns and villages graduates(t=2.09,P<0.05);there is significant difference in science "security/health care" dimension between liberal arts graduates and science graduates(t=2.13,P<0.05).The work values of the university graduating students are different from those of the former graduates.Universities are supposed to give some employment guidance to students.
