| 摘 要： | 随着电子期刊的大量应用，高校图书馆纸质过刊利用率明显下降。通过对纸质过刊成本管理与服务效益分析，提出停止纸质过刊装订，全面发展电子期刊管理与服务的重要性和必要性。据此，探讨全面开展电子期刊管理与服务的一些方法和措施。

| Abstract: | With the large-scale application of electronic journals,the utilization of paper back periodicals has decreased obviously.After the analysis of cost management and service benefits of the paper back periodicals,the article proposes the significance and necessity of ceasing the binding of paper back periodicals and an all-round development of e-journal management and service,and then offers some methods and measures. |
