| 摘 要： | 本文应用小鼠增重试验、游泳试验、常压耐缺氧试验、微核试验及毒性试验对“加味八珍滋补肉食香料”的扶正固本作用进行了试验研究,以观察其增加体重、增强体力、抗应激能力、致突变及毒性等作用。结果表明:“加味八珍滋补肉食香料”具有明显提高小鼠增重量、增强体力及抗应激能力的作用,并未发现对小鼠有致突变作用及毒性反应。

| Abstract: | The functions of nourishing perfume for meat on supporting the healthy encrgen and strengthening the constitution of the body, increasing body strengh and resisting stress and on the mutaenic activity and the toxicity for mouse were studied by using the tests of gaining weight, swimming, bearing the lack of oxgen in normal atmospheric pressure, micronuclcus and toxicity in its article. The results indicated that the nourishing perfume for meat had significantly functions on increasing body weight and body strength and resisting stress, but the mutagenic activity and the toxicity reaction were not found. |
