基于社会需求背景下的沈阳音乐学院健美操课程教学现状及对策研究

运用文献资料、调查问卷、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对沈阳市五区内健身俱乐部中健美操专业人才的需求、沈阳音乐学院健美操课程教学现状及学生对健美操课程的评价进行调查与分析,针对现阶段沈阳市健身机构健美操专业人才的缺少,在社会需求背景下沈阳音乐学院健美操课程内容没有针对性等问题,给出沈阳音乐学院健美操专业人才培养的对策与建议,从而为建立及完善符合社会需求的健美操课程提供参考依据.

The study of teaching aerobics and solutions to it based on social needs in shenyang conservatory of music

With the help of literature review, questionnaire, expert discussion and statistic analysis, the author makes a survey and analysis on the requirement of professional coaches of aerobics in the health clubs of Shenyang, on the teaching of aerobics in Shenyang Conservatory of Music, and on students＇ evaluations about aerobics class. The survey shows that there is a lack of professional coaches of aerobics in the health clubs and the teaching of aerobics in Shenyang Conservatory of Music is not adequate to meet the actual social needs. The author also gives some suggestions about the adjustment of the teaching of aerobics in Shenyang Conservatory of Music so as to offer some supports to construct a more reasonable curriculum of aerobics.
