| 摘 要： | 本文提出铁路运营管理信息系统软件工程的实施存在两种不同的路线,论证了“软件先行”路线的经济合理性与优效性,为了保证这一路线在技术上的可行性,提出了一个铁路网构模与模拟系统(RNMS)作为软件工程开发的支撑环境,文中介绍了(RNMS)系统的结构、功能与运行情况,并对这一探索性实践作了评价与展望.
